Services

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access or materials required to support the delivery of our services.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your agreement, selected plan or invoice. Monthly subscription services will renew on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms. Additional services or bolt-ons will be confirmed before any additional charges are applied.

Intellectual Property

Work created by us remains our property until all applicable payments are completed. Upon full payment, usage rights will be granted as agreed in the applicable agreement or service terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential and not share it with third parties except where necessary to provide the agreed services or where required by law.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice by contacting us at craig@konnect2grow.com. Any different notice period or termination arrangement agreed in a separate service agreement will take precedence. All outstanding payments remain due.

Disputes

Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be handled under the governing law and jurisdiction specified in the applicable agreement.

Changes

We may revise these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this website with the relevant updated date. Continued use of our services after an update may indicate acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
